ETS client services are hosted at an internet services provider that is trusted by major banks to hold their data. Many companies we have worked with have chosen for their IT professionals to audit ETS’ security and IT infrastructure to ensure it meets their requirements. We welcome such audits and are happy to provide further details to prospective clients.

We have a 100% record of passing the penetration tests that are carried regularly out by clients.

Those with a technical interest may want to know that client data is securely held in SQL server databases on ETS servers hosted by a tier one data centre provider, the TelecityGroup. Our hosted environment is configured as a highly available solution with full redundancy of every component to achieve continuity of service.
