Client manager

We’re looking to recruit an exceptional and highly commercial sales professional for the role of client manager.

ETS is a very friendly and dynamic workplace and we’re searching for a highly-driven, successful client manager to form part of an established sales team. Reporting to the sales manager, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing accounts.

You will work closely with the marketing team to follow up leads that are generated through marketing activities including events, seminars, PR and on-line marketing. You will also be determined to succeed and this will drive you to generate your own opportunities. Those who are willing to go the extra mile are most successful.

The ideal candidate will be personally ambitious and want to be part of an organisation that plans to grow quickly in the coming years.

Consultant

We are looking for highly motivated, skilled and commercial consultants to join our collaborative and dynamic team of business psychologists. You will have a master's degree in occupational psychology and a minimum of two years’ experience in one of our core product/service areas i.e. leadership assessment and development, performance and talent management and employee engagement.   

We are flexible about the specific knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate will bring. The role requires strong interpersonal and influencing skills, the ability and desire to grow current and new business opportunities, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to plan and organise own workload.

The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset and possess personal drive and ambition. We are an extremely supportive and collaborative team and wish to recruit someone who will value and contribute to our positive working environment.

We will offer an excellent salary (including annual bonus) based on the successful candidate’s experience.
