Project Managers

Our qualified and experienced Project Managers are the lynchpin of all the services that we deliver to our clients. The Project Managers are responsible for delivering our IT and consultancy services on time and on budget. They work closely with each client to ensure they get their ‘ideal world’ solution.

The Project Managers prepare much of the technical/solution specifications for our clients and, in conjunction with the Programme Manager, design the implementation project schedules and plans. On top of that, they must always think ‘outside of the box’.

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join the project team. Web Developers

We don’t have ‘programmers’ at ETS; we have industry experts who help design, shape and create our world-class bespoke systems utilised by hundreds of thousands of people all over the globe.

Our Web Developers use Visual Studio 2008 with ASP.NET, VB.NET & SQL Server 2005 to build our systems to industry best practice standards and are always keen to learn about the latest technology.

Senior Consultant, Performance Management

At ETS, we work with many admired clients, such as Tesco, Lloyds TSB, Shell and Virgin Atlantic Airways, to design, develop and implement bespoke talent management programmes. Our focal areas are performance management and employee research.

We seek an experienced performance management professional with:
