Engagement's role in performance
The HR Director - September 2009
A survey of 150 CEOs and HR directors found that 99 per cent firmly believed greater employee engagement triggered better company performance, not the other way round. Respondents to the poll, conducted by employee-engagement survey specialists ETS, were also in agreement that engagement could help the UK's economic recovery.
