ETS consultants advise on how best to design and deploy surveys to get the best response to the right questions. We recommend how to interpret the results based on statistics and your business context. Most importantly, we help you to drive change using our unique action planning methods.

ETS systems make it easy for people to register their opinions (either on-line, on a PC when you are off-line, or paper). Our reporting allows you to view your results from every angle, comparing with historical and our benchmark data. Our systems are so easy and powerful that our clients give their managers the tool so they can even use the results themselves (a great way to get buy-in from them to make the business better using the results of the survey).
