Supporting new executives to succeed

ETS supports each individual to be a success in their new role. We provide coaching with an ETS consultant for the crucial first 100 days in role. We also provide a world-class 360-degree feedback appraisal after six months to help build on strengths and address development areas identified by their new colleagues. This insight can be crucial for individuals’ success as they adapt their skills and personal style to their new environment.
