Event: South East Water on driving business transformation

Would you like to join us on 23rd October to hear from South East Water Managing Director Paul Butler on the people agenda underpinning their business transformation?

Faced with tougher regulation and rising costs, our client SEW recognised the importance of an engaged team and sought a new approach to their engagement survey, which has been a catalyst for organisational change.

What’s on the agenda?

At this session you’ll learn about the progress we are helping them make on their transformation journey, including:

  • The strategic focus on developing managers, to help drive higher engagement
  • Creating a feedback culture
  • Introducing a new performance and talent programme.

Delegates will also break into groups for Expert-led sessions exploring change-related hot topics in more detail. This will be followed by informal networking drinks.

Who would this event be useful for?

This session should appeal to business leaders and senior level HR professionals involved in delivering organisational change and business transformation.
