Supporting McDonald’s on their employee engagement journey
Our partnership has seen us design a new questionnaire for their UK business and develop an intuitive online platform for their ‘Viewpoint’ survey. We also provided a powerful reporting dashboard for managers to guide local actions and support at a corporate level to pinpoint the impact of higher engagement.

Enabling employee development at Philips through 360 degree feedback
Philips asked us to create a 360 degree feedback tool to be used as a starting point for great conversations and career plans. To meet their brief, we created an intuitive platform, which can be accessed by Philips employees all over the world. It features visual impactful reports making it easy for employees to draw out priority development actions.

Developing a global engagement survey platform for M&S
M&S already had a mature engagement process but we created for them an online platform from which to run their ‘Your Say’ annual survey as well as more regular pulse checks. This made it easy for employees to give their views, while managers have benefited from fast and intuitive reports that guide them on where to take action.

Helping BT to evolve its leadership style using 360 degree feedback
Working with BT, we were able to devise a 360 degree feedback system that was simple but scalable and aligned with their leadership framework. The user-friendly reports help leaders to quickly see where they should act and also link to BT’s coaching tool while we’ve also run workshops to offer further developmental guidance.
