Employee survey benchmark exchange
Compare your employee engagement with our extensive benchmark.
Our employee survey benchmark exchange enables you to compare your engagement survey scores with other organisations free of charge.* With our help, you can compare yourself with other firms in your industry or with our overall benchmark database, which includes leading companies such as M&S, McDonald’s, EE, British Gas and Dentons.
How does the benchmark exchange process work?
It’s really simple to take part and we guarantee the security and anonymity of your survey data. Here’s what we do:
We invite you to share your anonymous aggregated survey results with us in a defined format
This data is added, anonymously, to our master benchmark database to be used in future comparisons
Our experts prepare a benchmark report mapping our benchmark data against all of your comparable questions showing how you measure up against our benchmark.
The report we send you will be based on either our 4-point or 5-point database and will show the benchmark mean (average) scores and the percentage of favourable responses at a question by question level.
Why take part?
Taking part in our employee survey benchmark data exchange offers you:
A representative view of engagement levels from 1.3 million employees’ responses
The chance to get a comparison with your specific industry sector, as well as an overall view
Access to 35+ benchmark questions that you could choose to adopt in your own survey.
Furthermore, there’s no financial cost to you to take part as we consider there to be mutual benefit to the exchange.
You can request to take part in the exchange straight away or, if you’d like, contact us and we can speak with you to answer any queries you may have about the process.
* Please note, the ETS employee survey benchmark exchange is only available to organisations with 500+ participants in their survey.
